El Nino’s warm water in the Pacific has sparked a Chubasco Revival off Mexico this summer with thirteen named storms for far. Number thirteen has proven to be the luckiest so far in 2014 as category 5 Hurricane Marie took a perfect track for North America’s West Coast, delivering surf as high as 20+ feet in some places.
