PUMPING IN PERPETUITY!
Puerto Rico has been having one of the best years on record for quality surf. Hurricane Matthew wasn’t very kind to most of the East Coast but Puerto Rico did fare well when it came to the brunt of its forces. In fact PR was the recipient of one of the positives of a named storm and that is quality surf.
